The "Sharjah Healthy City" training workshop concluded today. Organized in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO), the workshop brought together members of the Executive Committee, lead coordinators, and working teams from relevant entities as part of Sharjah’s efforts to fulfil the requirements for Healthy City accreditation. The workshop reviewed achievements under the Healthy Cities Program, discussed implementation standards, monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, and identified priorities, future actions, and the implementation timeline required to complete the accreditation process. These efforts reinforce institutional collaboration and align with international best practices for building healthier and more sustainable cities.
