This service aims to review the transactions of leave for those in contact with a patient with an infectious disease for Sharjah government employees, in order to make the appropriate decision regarding it (Approval - Partial Approval - Rejection).
Service Procedures:
- Submit the application through the electronic system of the medical committee
- Transaction auditing by administration staff and requesting any missing documents if found
- Making the appropriate decision by the doctors who are members of the medical committee
Required documents:
- An official letter from the workplace stating the date of contact
- Positive test result for the patient
- A detailed medical report specifying the severity of the infection and how the contact occurred, along with medical recommendations
Conditions:
- Submit a positive test result for the patient
- Submit a medical report explaining how the contact occurred
