This service aims to review transactions for reducing working hours for employees of the Sharjah Government, in order to make the appropriate decision regarding them (Approval - Partial Approval - Rejection).
Service Procedures:
- Submit the application through the electronic system of the medical committee
- Transaction auditing by administration staff and requesting any missing documents if found
- Making the appropriate decision by the doctors who are members of the medical committee
Required documents:
- An official letter from the workplace clarifying the nature of the work (field or office)
- A recent official medical report issued by a government hospital including a recommendation from the specialist doctor
- Job description
Conditions:
- The sick employee submits a detailed medical report from a government hospital.
- This request is limited to the employee (patient) only and does not include family members.
