This service enable to review Escort leave applications inside country for Sharjah Government employees, in order to make the appropriate decision regarding them (Approval - Partial Approval - Rejection).

Service Procedures:

  • Submit the application through the electronic system of the medical committee
  • Review the transaction by administration staff and request any missing documents if found
  • Make the appropriate decision by the doctors who are members of the medical committee

Required documents:

  • Copy of the companion's and patient's ID
  • Medical Document from the hospital stating that the employee is accompanying the patient including the duration of the leave.
  • Proof of relationship (Birth certificate)
  • Detailed and certified medical report

Conditions:

  • A medical report certified by the relevant authorities. must be certified
  • Submission of proof from the hospital that the employee is the (sole) companion of the patient.

Notes:

  • The employee must be the sole companion of the patient inside country, and must provide official documentation to prove this.
  • A separate official medical document issued by the hospital specifying the duration of the escort leave must be attached, and this document should be distinct from the medical report.
