This service is specialized in reviewing applications for Sharjah Government employees to make the appropriate decision regarding them (Approval - Partial Approval - Rejection).
Service Procedures:
- Submit the application through the medical committee's electronic system
- Transaction auditing by administration staff and requesting any missing documents if found
- Appropriate decision-making by the doctors of the medical committee
Required documents:

Inside country:
- Sick leave certified by the concerned authorities (issued by a government or private hospital)
- A detailed medical report explaining the employee's health condition

Outside the country:
- An official letter from the hospital or embassy stating the start and end dates of the sick leave, and whether the treatment was sponsored by the government or covered at the individual's own expense.
- A detailed medical report stamped by the UAE embassy in the country where the treatment was received.
Conditions:
- The Sick leave duration must exceed 3 days (4 days or more).
- The Sick leave must be certified.
- Do not attach more than one sick leave exceeding 3 days (4 days or more) in a single transaction.
- Submit an updated medical report for the same period mentioned in the Electronic System.
- Mention human resources notes in case of any modification, the Medical Committee must take it into consideration when reviewing the sick leave.
