This service allows registered healthcare professionals in SHA to modify and update their professional information in line with their latest qualifications and experience, while complying with the specified terms and standards.
Required Documents:
- Valid emirates ID copy
- Valid passport copy
- Academic Qualification
- Transcript Certificate/Marksheets (if required)
- Copy of current/recent license
- Recent experience certificate.
- Surgical logbook (for surgical specialties) for last two years.
- Good standing certificate (CGS) issued by the current licensed health authority.
- Internship completion certificate (GP, Dental GP, or TCIM practitioners).
- Residency training program (if applicable).
- Recent PSV reports (if available) and exam exemption documents (if available).
Conditions & Requirements:
- The applicant must have a valid assessment certificate issued by the Sharjah Health Authority at the time of submission.
- There should be no gap of practice more than two years.
- Qualification must be accredited and from recognized institute.
- All submitted documents must be in Arabic or English language, if not it must legally translate.
- Applicants required to take an exam must accept the disclaimer and state the number of previous attempts with other UAE health authorities.
Service Process:
- Login to SHA portal.
- Complete the required information, upload the required documents, recent data flow reports (if available), exemption documents (if available).

- Issuance of the health professional assessment certificate upon fulfilling all requirements and passing any required examination.
