  • Log in to the Sharjah Health Authority system.
  • Select the “Medical Complaint” service from the list of services.
  • Fill out the electronic complaint form with the required information.
  • Attach supporting documents (such as medical reports).
  • Submit the request and track it using the complaint number sent to the user.
  • The Authority will review and verify the complaint.
  • Necessary actions will be taken, and the complainant will be notified of the outcome.
