As part of efforts to strengthen institutional partnerships, the Sharjah Health Authority and University Hospital Sharjah held a meeting attended by Her Excellency Amal Ahmed Al Qatari, Director of the Authority, to discuss ways to enhance services provided to health insurance beneficiaries and strengthen cooperation and coordination between the two entities, supporting the efficient delivery of healthcare services. The meeting also reviewed the key challenges and needs of beneficiaries and discussed solutions and initiatives aimed at streamlining procedures, improving service quality, and delivering a more effective healthcare experience.
