This service aims to enable the healthcare facility to renew the licenses of health professionals.
Required Documents:
- Recent certificate confirming the completion of required hours of the CME
- Valid Emirates ID copy.
- BLS/ACLS certificate/completion card.
- Surgical logbook (for surgical specialties).
- Medical malpractice insurance.
- Physical and mental health report (for healthcare professionals over 60 years old).
Conditions & Requirements:
- The healthcare facility’s license must be valid and active.
- Fulfil the minimum annual CME/CPD points requirements as mentioned in the PQR.
- Valid medical malpractice insurance covering the professional.
- Pay outstanding fines (if any).
- Physical and mental health report (for healthcare professionals over 60 years old).

- The healthcare facility representative login to SHA portal.
- Fill the required information & upload the required documents.
- Pay the services fees and penalty (if any).
- Issued a renewed professional license and an eLicense is generated.
