This service allows healthcare facilities to apply for a temporary license for the healthcare professional to practice for a specified period. This license is granted in certain cases, such as the need for urgent employment or while waiting to complete the necessary requirements for obtaining a permanent license.
Steps to obtain the service:
- The healthcare facility representative logs into the Sharjah Health Authority website
- Fill in the required data and upload the necessary documents
- Pay the prescribed fees
Requirements and conditions:
- Recent work experience certificate
- Copy of the recent security clearance issued by the country where the work was recently performed
- Valid medical good conduct certificate issued by the health authorities granting the current professional license
- Copy of the recent professional license, valid (must not exceed 6 months)
- Explanatory letter for obtaining the license
