Sharjah Health Authority Signs “Rayaati” Unified Health Record Agreement

The Sharjah Health Authority signed the Unified Health Record Project Agreement, “Rayaati,” with the Ministry of Health and Prevention during the World Health Exhibition 2026. The project represents a qualitative leap in digital health transformation by linking healthcare facilities to a unified national health record for secure health data exchange. The agreement was signed by H.E. Amal Al Qatari, Director of the Sharjah Health Authority, and H.E. Abdullah Ahli, Assistant Undersecretary for the Support Services Sector, in the presence of H.E. Ahmed bin Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of Health and Prevention, and H.E. Dr. Abdelaziz Al Mheiri, Chairman of the Sharjah Health Authority and President of Sharjah Healthcare City, as part of efforts to enhance cooperation and develop the healthcare system.

Sharjah Healthcare City showcased its services and projects within the “Emirates Health” platform, in the presence of H.E. Dr. Amin Al Amiri, Assistant Undersecretary for the Health Regulation Sector at the Ministry of Health and Prevention; H.E. Dr. Abdelaziz Saeed bin Butti Al Mheiri, Chairman of the Sharjah Health Authority and chairman of Sharjah Healthcare City; H.E. Amal Al Qatari, Director of the Sharjah Health Authority; and H.E. Adel Omar, Director of Public Health and Central Laboratories at Sharjah Municipality. This comes as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen integration and advance a modern and sustainable healthcare system.
