As part of SHA mission to continuously improve the quality of health services, medical complaints are considered as feedback from the customer for the services provided that shall be managed to ensure careful monitoring of health care services and achieving customer satisfaction.
It is concerned with the complaints and observations of customers and the public on various topics related to services provided by the authority, employees or the method of providing the services. SHA will collect customer medical complaints for study and evaluation to ensure appropriate actions to be taken.

CME/CPD Accreditation Process:
This service allows the Healthcare Professional or Healthcare Facilities to apply for the accreditation of Continuous Medical Education (CME) and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programs.
