The Health Insurance Department supervises the health insurance system of Sharjah government employees/retirees and citizens of the emirate, as it seeks to provide the best benefit through distinguished health services of a high level of quality and efficiency. The administration adopts the royal directives to improve and develop the services provided to the insured. It also contributes to achieving one of the most important goals by providing comprehensive health insurance. Based on this goal, the Department has adopted a culture of excellence in performance and achievement for the purpose of raising the level of services provided to service recipients through its continuous endeavour to simplify processes and procedures to be effective and smooth and meet the needs of service recipients.
