Executive Committee of the 'Sharjah Healthy City' Program Holds Its Fourth Meeting and Reviews New Identity and Logo
The Executive Committee for the expansion of the "Sharjah Healthy City" program held its fourth meeting today at the Sharjah Health Authority headquarters to discuss updates on the cities and regions included in the program and to review the new identity and logo that reflect the shift towards a sustainable healthy environment. The new logo represents an integrated vision of core values such as innovation and community collaboration, symbolizing the transformation into sustainable and healthy cities that promote a green environment in the emirate.
The meeting also reviewed the Executive Council's decision to establish the "Sharjah Network for Healthy Cities" to coordinate efforts between government and private sectors in achieving sustainable development. The program now includes all cities of the emirate, such as Dibba Al-Hisn, Al Madam, and Milehah, in addition to previously registered cities like Khor Fakkan and Kalba. Dr. Abdelaziz Al-Mheiri emphasized that the new logo reflects the emirate’s commitment to innovation and public health, stressing the importance of global standards and local collaboration to achieve the program’s goals.
The committee also announced the launch of initiatives and awareness campaigns to enhance public health and sustain a healthy environment in Sharjah.
